Training: To help educate our agents and give them the tools they need to go out there and handle the job confidently and effectively. Exit offers incredible in house training programs taught by international speakers and high achievers.
Mentoring: To get you through some of the unexpected moments that make this industry anything but boring. We offer mentoring programs at many of our locations that team you with an experienced agent or manager to help you get through those first few transactions or help see you through a sticky situation that you have never before dealt with. Everyone at Exit is concerned with the success of the team.
Coaching: Many of our locations have also implemented a coaching portion to help each and every agent achieve their goals and desires. Upon joining the Exit family you'll sit down with your coach to go over your plan, set your goals and identify how you'll get there. Your coach will be there to offer input and help you change directions in your approach if need be.
